All products will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most packages shipped by UPS Ground arrive between 3 and 5 business days

Return Policy-
Before returning any item, you must notify us and obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. Any product damaged in shipping must be reported within 3 business days. Please include your name, confirmation/order number and a day time phone number to 1-800-849-5655. 

Refunds will be issued for the merchandise amount only. No refunds on shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
